Subject: Request for New Road and Proper Drainage Repair
Respected Sir/Madam,
We would like to bring to your notice the poor condition of our road after the recent central drainage works carried out about a few months ago. The road has been completely damaged and the drainage work was also not done properly.
Due to improper drainage construction, drainage water is overflowing onto the road, causing severe inconvenience to residents and commuters. During rains, the road becomes like a stream, making it very difficult for people, school children, and vehicles to travel safely.
We have requested several times for repair works, but no proper action has been taken till now. The damaged road is creating daily problems and increasing the risk of accidents and unhygienic conditions.
Therefore, we kindly request the concerned authorities to:
Repair the damaged central drainage properly.
Construct a new road immediately.
Ensure proper water flow to avoid overflow onto the road.
We hope you will consider our request and take immediate action for the benefit of the public.
Thanking you,
Residents of the Area
Manjeera pipeline installation till Darbar Apartment
We are nearly 200+ families staying in Royal homes colony beside Sai villas road. It’s been many years we’ve been requesting the govt officials to install Manjeera pipeline from CC road till Darbar apartment.
We’re running out of ground water levels even after using our bore motor with depth 1200feet. Due to which we’re facing severe water shortage in summer and paying around 30k current bill due to high usage of Bore water.
I request you to please consider this as priority to install the Manjeera pipeline.
Road Work Stalled for 6 Months Causing Accidents and Dust Pollution Near PNR Colony
It has been almost 6 months since the road work near PNR Colony started. While one side of the road has been paved, the other side remains in a damaged and incomplete condition. We are being informed that the contractor has stopped the work due to billing issues, but citizens should not have to suffer because of this.
The unfinished road is causing frequent accidents, severe dust pollution, and inconvenience to residents and commuters every day. Requesting the concerned authorities to resolve the issue and complete the pending road work at the earliest.
Removal of Unused Poles Obstructing Future Road Widening
A few poles were left behind during the pole shifting work carried out as part of the road work near Celestia School, opposite the garage yard. These poles no longer have any wires connected to them. Additionally, one iron pole is still standing in the middle of the road even though a new pole has already been installed beside it.
These unused poles could create issues during future road widening and expansion works, so requesting the concerned team to remove them at the earliest.
The water valve chamber is occupying nearly 30% of the road width, and vendors are using this space to park their vehicles, which is causing severe traffic congestion during evening hours.
Additionally, this structure will become a major obstruction in the future when road widening or expansion works are planned. We request the concerned authorities to inspect the issue and take necessary action to relocate or redesign the valve chamber and prevent unauthorized vehicle parking in this area.
1. The rainwater canal from Road No. 10 to the STP has been improperly cleaned, with mud and stones left scattered on the road after the cleaning work.
2. The rainwater canal cover was damaged during the water pipeline laying work carried out by HMWS at the junction of Road No. 11 and Road No. 13. This has become a serious safety hazard for commuters, especially during rainy days when water logging reaches 3–4 feet, making the damaged portion completely invisible and increasing the risk of accidents.
We request the concerned authorities to take up the development of internal roads and central drainage facilities for PNR Colony.
At present, we are still using the temporary roads and drainage system that were laid during the initial layout phase. Due to the rapid increase in the number of houses and apartments in the colony, the existing drainage system is getting choked very frequently, causing overflow and unhygienic conditions.
In addition, the internal roads have been severely damaged and are now in very poor condition, making it difficult even for residents to walk safely.
We kindly request immediate attention towards constructing proper central drainage and restoring the internal roads for the convenience and safety of all residents.

Removal of Dump yard from Survey number-993 of Ameenpur
Muncipality alloted 10 Acers in Survey number - 993 for dump yard and walking track. Unfortunately the dump yard is not maintained well by Muncipality. We demand to shift the dump yard from residential areas. It is causing rotten egg smell in surrounding areas. It will pollute water and even air. Ameenpur Peoples Association is demanding to shift dump yard to non residential areas of Ameenpur.
